My oldest is getting an apartment for her 2nd year of uni this fall. What options does she have for ISPs? Comwave, Bell and Eastlink are what come to mind. Are there any others that she should be looking at?

We use Citywide (Eastlink reseller) and have no complaints. 100 down 10 up for $63/month tax in. Does everything I need it to do.

I've been seeing lots of ads for Rift lately. Seems to be the same idea but option for pay IPTV and a couple $ more than Citywide
